Pavel,

I am ordering tomorrow and very excited.  What is ideal swing weight for program?  I remember Brandon doing a study showing effects of swinging certain weights with 24K being optimal.  I am looking forward to your new work.  Your ability to take the ridiculously simple and have it deliver results second to none make you hands down the true authority.  Thanks, Pavel.

 
 
If memory serves, about 30% of your bodyweight.  The book discusses what weight to use in detail including when to move to a heavier weight.  If you're an average size adult male, 24 kg should be an OK place to start.

For an average strength male, the program suggests 24kg for swings and 16kg for the get ups, or 24kg for both if you are a stronger guy. The initial goal is to build up to 32kg for each
