I have seen the Plan Strong writeup for a couple years, but never seen a sample workout structure (sets/reps). Can anyone provide a skeleton of this workout so I can determine if I would like to purchase it?
Also, I have read a number of SF books and was curious if this program is a customer outworking of The Naked Warrior or Enter the KB?
