Old Forum plateaued on KB strong but still gaining from One.. ideas needed

As the title stated, this is my current situation. I have two ideas but wanna make sure either (or both) is acceptable

 

1. Continue One then just do an easy strength-ish approach for my front squats and presses

 

2. Combine "you don't know squat 1.0" with One if that's acceptable

 
 
I wouldn't combine YDKS with One.

Are you doing the longer or shorter course with One and what session  plateaued?

Personally I would one of the following:

Take longer rest intervals before you go to your next set.
Deload for a few days and come back to the program
Your option #1
 
Mark - To echo Mike - Which option did you choose? The Short Course or the Slow And Steady?

I think you'll get in trouble if you try to repeat the Short Course too many times in a row (more than 2). The Slow And Steady requires patience, which many people don't have.
 
I was at the Strong phase and plateaued at the 4th set of 3s.. I rest 3-5 minutes between sets.
