Has anyone done Mark Wild man’s nerd math programming? It looks interesting

I've watched a few of his videos about it, but never done it.

If I was a year-round kettlebell user, as opposed to a Fall/Winter seasonal user, I'd probably give it a whirl.

Some might find the complexity a turn off, but I find it appealing.

Dry Fighting Weight has squats built into the programming if you want something a bit more 'off the shelf'.

I followed this set up 4-5 years ago using a 3-5 rep range and it was great! I added lean mass while dropping weight with little effort. The KB front squats for the 3 months I followed kept my back squats max in check without having to have a huge load on my back.
