I'm working through ROP. I've been doing ladders with pull-ups along with my presses. Since I can now do a pull-up with over 60% of my bodyweight added, I am interested in replacing pull-ups with front lever training.
In this post, Pavel says to go easy on FL training if combined with pressing. I can currently hold a one leg tuck FL pretty solidly, so I guess a regular tuck FL could work depending on hold time. Could I find a balance where it's easy enough not to interfere with pressing but will provide enough stimulus to make progress? Or would I be better off choosing something else like OAC?
