How to program pullups.

1RM = BW+35# plate = 265#

Light: Band/Assisted
Medium: Bodyweight
Heavy: Weighted

Now...how what do you put in for 1RM and for various weigh %'s

If I add bodyweight plus say another 20# and put that in my 1RM
and my BW for BW pullups
and less than BW for assisted,

the ARI percentages break.

If I understand your post correctly, you weigh 230 and have a 1RM of BW + 35. So 265 is your 1RM. BW is 86.8% of that, good for Medium. BW + 10 or 15 could be Heavy.

You just need something for your light zone. Band assisted, lat pull down, etc.

Maybe this :

helps you understand the thinking behind finding a movement of appropriate difficulty. You need something around a 10 RM.
