All - I have been following S&S for 3 months, but have an old case of patellar tedinopathy from increasing squat weight faster than my tendon could keep up, while on Starting Strength. While it's not very painful, it's niggling and I`d like to finally remedy it with a program of eccentric squats on a slant board. Can I keep on doing S&S (perhaps without the goblet squats) at the same time, or would you advise I lay off the swings & TGUs for the 12 week period? If so, any thoughts on what I could do?
