Once one reaches the Simple and Sinister goals, can the program be reduced to 2x/week to "maintain" the strength achieved while focusing on a bodyweight plan (e.g. Naked Warrior, Convict Conditioning) 2-3x/week?
With 2x/week you'll probably still be able to keep progressing with it. If you're doing the program from Naked Warrior you should never really be "worked out" and tired. As long as you feel rested and fresh when you start each training session you'll be good to go.
