Hello Pavel,
After reading Beyond Bodybuilding 5 months ago, I started to train the Wide grip bench press in an effort to develop my biceps. A few weeks ago I was practicing my mind-muscle connection with light weight by consciously “flexing my shoulders” and all of the sudden my biceps recruited in a way I had never felt before and was able to tell that it was an effective movement I should learn. I have since then failed to activate the biceps during the wide bench (it was very hard to remember). Do you have any tips on how I could get into the correct position and get them to activate again?
Appreciate your time,
Andy
