Am curious. Just a bit of nonsense.

On a random day, would the forum's combined swing tonnage, exceed 200 tonnes in 24 hours ?

I'll start - add your swings tonnage to the previous post : 200 x 16kg = 3.2 tonnes

Time 2:00pm Melbourne Australia = 3:00am UTC

Yesterday AXE 4 reps x 30 repeats = 120 reps * 32kg = 3.84 tonnes.

I've never attempted to swing more than what I had planned for the session. Not sure I'd use the 32k if I was going for pure tonnage total.
