In the reload training program in the chapter on Specialized Variety Lifts, there is a chart that lays out the progression from week 1-8. Why does the weight, go from 512, 612, and then back to 512 in the first 3 weeks? Why is the training volume (NL) different in week 1 than week 3? In the book there is a foot note on this that says that NL = sets*reps. This does not reflect the numbers in the chart. I can post the chart if that helps, but I did not want to post copyrighted material.
