Okay, so in a previous thread I gave Mark Rippetoe crap about his recommendations for training Olympic lifters. I stand by my criticisms. But I like this article:

Unlike Ripp, I think doing some "cardio" for those over 50 is important, but other than that I agree with his conclusions.
