    • Was an RKC around 2011 and am just now getting involved again in the community. I've spent the last decade or so on 'random acts of variety' and am excited to get back to it. I chose the RoP because I'm familiar with it. I'm beginning with the 16kg even though that is a tad bit light. I'll be following it to the letter. Grease the groove isn't at odds with the program so I may throw in some grippers here and there.
