Training Log (Public) Rope Flow for recovery

I've recently started using rope flow as an alternative training tool to the kettlebell. I've built a fair amount of strength and endurance using the kettlebell, I can press the 48 (beast), have completed SFG 1 and SFB. Of late I've found that my body is taking quite a bit of a beating when I train more than 3 days a week(currently nursing a disc bulge at L4-5), should've just listened to Coach Dan John :)

Anyhoo, since I've realised that I must do something physical all days of the week to keep myself in the best state, I find rope flow to really give me that fix!
the movements require so much co-ordination and the aerobic + low-impact + high rep work feels amazing on the body (joint & heart health win).
