Hey Pavel. Truly an honour to hear from you. I'm in my third week. Training 3 non consecutive days a week with this split: 1 bench press & chin up. 2 squat & press. 3 deadlift & close grip bench. (BTW. What do you think of this set up?) . I like the Russian bear concept, but struggle with the program design and deload. Thanks!
