The boys and girl want me to do s&s with them. I am currently enjoying 5/3/1 and not willing to give up my deadlift as it is progressing nicely. The two options I have are a. S&s with one day of deadlifts. B. 5/3/1 three days (which is what I am doing now) and three or four days of s&s. Which would be the better route?
