Maybe I should know the answer to this by now, but I can't put it into concise words.
Would someone please enlighten me as to why or where to find why I should take it easy on off days?
I'm training for an SFG cert in March and following Brett Jones' plan. I still attend my martial arts classes 2 days per week but have told my training partners and my instructor that I'm going to be going extremely easy in class - I said I'm going to see if I can keep from dropping a single drop of sweat. Anyways, my instructor says "it's just cardio" and that "you should still be able to spar like normal and not effect your kettlebell training". I know that's false, but not sure why.
