Hi everyone,
My goals for 2014 are to train for the Beast Tamer challenge and prepare myself for an SFG2 in 2015. Have started training for Beast Tamer using Pavel's Rite Of Passage program including presses and chin ups in it. This is my first attempt at Pistols Squats, so using Naked Warrior as a reference. Variety days are pistols and swings, The program I'm following looks like this:
Monday: ROP medium press and chin-up
Tuesday: Pistol squat practice
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: ROP heavy press and chin-up
Friday: ROP light press and chin-up
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Swings (alternating between double KB swings or single arm swings.)
Want to focus on Beast Tamer first then SFG 2 prep. Is this good idea?
Currently using 32kg for ROP presses and 16kg for chin ups.
Any suggestions or tips would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks
Matt Rinaldi
