Hi Everyone
I’m new to the Strongfirst community. I attended a seminar in Portland on SF Endurance. Became intrigued with the concepts.
I then decided to take the instructor SFL in San Diego biting off a big chunk if you will. After a summer of swings and get ups and lots of outdoor play (riding and swimming) I realized I had some work to do over 9 weeks.
Soon after I attended a KB course in Santa Cruz with Lance Coffel. Thank you Lance for your great support and top quality instruction.
A big Big thanks to new friend and fantastic coach Jason Marshall for helping me with the SFL Prep. Couldn’t have done it without you man.
Attending the SFL was incredible. I highly recommend it.
Thankyou Insteuctors Doc, Analisa, Travis, Gisele, Jess and Sarah. And of course my fellow candidates/students.

Proud to have earned the instructor Certification. I’ll be teaching in the new year and getting myself ready for SFG 1 in Vancouver.
