I have been following the simple and sinister programme for a while and have worked up to the 32kg for both swings and get ups. The programme suits me perfectly as it allows me to train whenever I get a chance in between family responsibilities and a demanding job without fretting about having to find the time to stick to a set training schedule.
However, I crave a little variety now within the simple and sinister format. Would it be possible to do this with one arm KB clean and jerks? Or a complex of one arm KB clean, front squat and jerk? What would the training load per session be for the two options respectively?
