i understand two handed to use the overspeed eccentric. And not use this one handed.

 

how about one handed? "in the swing the arms work on the negative, the hips on the positive."

 

does this apply to the one handed as well?

 

I get it on the two handed. I'm just not sure how fast on the way back one handed.

David, in the one-arm swing guide the bell back with your lat but do not go too fast.
