Great book David I have read it once and working on twice.  Will be my bible for my favorite lift the two hand anyhow.  Thank you so much and also again thanks for the excellent bent press seminar down at DJ's in Cinci.  Reneta and I really learned a lot and had too much fun.

Its a really really good book!!! I had no idea really how to do a bent press and after a few times through the progressions I was able to do em with a 16kg and will practice with that a bit more before I load it up heavier.
