Old Forum TGU "rest" position??

I know there isn't a resting position when doing a TGU but for me when I get to the low sweep movement, when my alignment is good(straight line), it almost seems as though I can "relax" in this position.

I still have to maintain some tension but it doesn't seem like that position requires the same amount as when moving to the other positions.

Am I crazy or do others experience the same thing?
 
Same here, assuming you're talking about having one hand on the ground, in the "windmill" position right before/after the sweep. It does feel like a bit of a rest, especially on the way down.

You're taking some load off the torso, and by putting the hand down, you're dispersing that load through another connection to the ground.
