LJCC Level 5 Valued Member May 2, 2020 #22 Thought I’d push the presses a little more today and got an easy 10 with each arm- this could have been 2 x 12,10 to be honest. quite surprised as I thought this 28kg would have been my 7-8 RM. nice knowing I’ve got 12 in me though- guess I need to find a 32 now ?? The complex was pretty harsh!! Nice to pick the pace up here and there and push things a bit more
