Kettlebell Too weak to start?

We've all got to start somewhere, it doesn't matter where you start, just start, see where it goes, you might surprise yourself.

I started with a shoe on my knuckles for TGU, followed the S&S book, ended up (some time later) with 36kg (half bodyweight at that time) TGU for 1 rep. I never expected that was possible.
