Training Log second try DFW

After some back and forth thinking, I thought I'd start a training diary here.
As the title says, this is the second try. Unfortunately I've had to deal with various problems over the past few weeks, but that's life.

My background in sports ranges from Judo to MMA to powerlifting and bodyweight only training. For a few years I have been using KB's as a support for other training but never exclusively.
I thought it was time to honor these marvels tools of strength and power training as they should. I look a lot at DFW. I must preface that I have to switch between DB and KB every week, so I found DFW to be the most easily adaptable due to the movement scheme and i choose lighter weight then 5RM.

Week 1 Day1 done with DB 25er (eaiser on the Press harder on the Clean)

7 full Rounds puls 1 in the C+P and 1 in the FSQ happy with taht

Week 1 Day 2 done with KB 24er
31 Singels for bothe C+P and FSQ not pushing hard here ruffly 1 rep each 30 sec.
