Just rereading Q+D and came across this sub-chapter which was interesting.

This morning I did something similar;

Ten swings on the left arm with a 32kg at 00:00, 10 press-ups at 00:45, ten swings on the right arm at 01:30, 10 press-ups at 02:15, repeat for a total of 20 rounds/30 minutes.

Absolutely dripping by the end of it but what a session!!!
