Steve, this is a cool lift and thanks for making it known.  It fits in with the school:  between-the-legs lifting, power breathing, and tension/relaxation body awareness.

I have trained adductors by attaching my ankles to a high pulley.   You found a hardcore/low-tech version where you don't have to wait for doo-rags to finish doing curls on the cable crossover machine.

Also cool that you're getting after it and competing.  If nobody else shows up it's because they're scared you'll go all Chuck Norris on them and start delivering roundhouse kicks to the cranium.  Chickeneaters.
