Hello everybody!
What is the best approach when going for neural strength:
Varying the weight with a constant volume (PTTP and explosive block in ROTK) or the other way around (ROP)?
My intuition tells me the first set-up, since you get more reps (i.e. greasing more). Any thoughts?
