Past experience has taught me, along with cold-hard science, that waving the load throughout a workout by each set is definitely very effective in gaining strength as well as hard, dense muscle.
However, if you wave the load by the set, do you still have to worry about heavy/medium/light days, or does the miniature power cycle within the workout pretty much take care of the need for cycling?
