I have been reading some posts with ROP workout referenced.  Just wondering what this workout is.

It is a program found in Enter the Kettlebell.  It is a singles program, making use of cleans and presses and pull-ups done in ladders and swings or snatches done for time.
 
Its from Pavel's Enter the Kettlebell.  The program has 2 parts.  The Program Minimum(PM) and the Right of Passage(ROP).
