I have decided to forego bcaa during the day and just stick with whey. The two protocals I want to experiment with is Ori's pulse feeding (whey in the morning and another 3-5 hours later) and the 16 hour fasting with eight hour feeding (i will have a shake at noon and one before working out at 530).
How long shouldI run each protocal to see how it works for me and what variables should I keep track of?
