My goal with fitness is longevity. I believe that strength as a foundation, coupled with safe and proper movement execution, is key to lifelong fitness gains and maintenance.

We train StrongFirst Hardstyle. It has proven to be the most successful methodology we have found for building better individuals. Better strength, better mobility, better recovery, and most importantly better consistency because of all of these factors. Check us out!

I am a total beginner in my late forties. Prior to meeting with Christian I had maybe picked up a kettle bell once. I was nervous to take this training on until I met Christian face to face. He is warm, generous, and patient. He is also committed, meticulous and encouraging...the best combination. Christian has eased my fear (of injury at my age) and replaced it with confidence and belief in myself. I love the training because it is simple yet challenging and completely attainable. I am not exaggerating when I say the practice is the highlight of my week. If you are reading this review look no further...Christian is the trainer you want in your corner.

From the beginning he has stressed fundamentals above all else; not getting to the next step until the first move is done well enough.
