Pushed a little harder today as I will be traveling through Wednesday.
Warm up Simple and Sinister protocol
One arm swing/snatch
10 rounds 5 swing/5 snatch at 75lbs
Turkish get ups
5 rounds per side doubles at 75lbs
Weighted pull ups
3x3 at 20lbs
All in all a solid practice in 40 minutes. Snatches need a little work on the drop, but I will save that for after achieving Sinister.
Pull ups were a bit of a WTH moment. I have this dust covered kettlebell that looked lonely. Considering back in October, I struggled with unweighted singles at my current weight, I was pleasantly surprised with the progress.
