Peter Lant

profilephoto01-001370000076YDNAA2Peter was a desk worker for 15 years before deciding to become a trainer. As the former self confessed 'King of lethargy' Peter decided it was time to get strong before it was to late. He discovered StrongFirst in 2014 when he first became SFG1 certified. He's been using the principles ever since to help people combat their desk posture and reclaim their strength and mobility because he knows how it feels.

Peter is the founder of Bath Kettlebell Society where he likes to work outdoors with small groups of people who spend most of their time staring out of the window longingly (as he used to do)

He also trains people online and runs monthly challenges to introduce strength training principles to those who are curious but unsure where to start.

Peter's training philosophy is "Train for longevity, you only get one chance in this life so you'd best make it a strong one"

He likes to challenge himself and has completed the Fan Dance and also walked 72 miles from Cheltenham to Bath along the Cotswold Way which took him 30 hours. He likes hill walking and just generally being outdoors.
