Randall Pfaff

Randall is owner and operator of Core Progression Elite Personal Training in Arvada Colorado.  He is an instructor of the ACSM, NSCA, and NASM curriculums as well as implementing his own performance movement methodology into local club and high school settings. He has experience with the FMS, SFMA, and many more tools that will help get folks where they want to go.   

Randall has been a performance coach for the past eight years and enjoys educating people on proper health and exercise.  He has a long list of individuals he has helped in getting to their goals and plans on continuing it for as long as he can.
