I was talking to a relative on the phone, who said she had to hang up to get to the pharmacy before it closed because she was leaving on a trip and had to pickup up her medications.
This made me realize I don't take any medications on a regular basis. I do take some vitamins twice a day - perhaps those count?
The most common thing I've heard from others is blood pressure. My father had high blood pressure but my mother's was always low and I seem to have inherited from her side, plus I do mind my weight, eat moderately and well, and exercise regularly. I sometimes take my blood pressure after I get into bed at night - my wife does this as a form of biofeedback and it definitely helps her. Last night, mine was 105/59, pulse 47 - can't complain about that.
