Just saw that "The Mountain" strongman Hafthor Bjornsson broke a 1000 year old Icelandic record, carrying a 650kg log on his back for 5 steps.
The legend is that Icelander Orm Storulfsson walked three steps with a monster wooden log (mast of a viking ship) which weighed over 600kg's/1320lbs! It took 50 mere mortals to help him placing it on his back! After he took his third step his back broke under the enormous pressure and he was never the same after that.
Now that record is broken. Nuts. I'll have to work on something else now...
