How would you program it?

I.e. as supersets on ABAB Format?
A=Presses and Rows
B=Squats and DL/Swings

Or OLAD style?
A=Rows
B=Squats
C=Presses
D=DL/Swings

Or other?

Supersets with 60s rest between each exercise. Take about 30 min per session.

I don’t think it’ll work great with kettlebells, not able to microload so you can keep progressing.

I'm running a 10x10 GVT right now. I'm doing antagonistic supersets, pretty similar to @John K but with 90 secs between exercises and then superset of myorep match on isolation exercises afterwards.

How I would run a day:

10x10
Press
superset with
Seal Row

xMax, Myorep Match Set (2 sets total)
Bicep Curl
superset with
Lateral Raises

Or if you only have kettlebells, towel curls and towel upright rows. I wouldn't do swings or deadlifts, but I also don't use this for squats. I think squats would make this absolutely brutal.

If you guys are talking about German Volume Training, I want to say that Poliquin said the concentrics were supposed to be explosive. My strength went up when I did it, but everyone else complains their strength went down. When I ask, the difference seems to be the lifting tempo.
