The 3 to 5 method program in Pavel’s beyond bodybuilding probably a really stupid question however
3-5 sets of 3-5 reps. Is it best to decide on 3 sets of 5 for example and stick with this for the program or alternatively is it done by feel and weight and could vary more like 3 sets of 3, 3, 4 for example on one session and 3, 4, 5 on the next.
