3 to 5 method question from beyond bodybuilding

Hi all

Jake SFG1 from Nottingham here.

The 3 to 5 method program in Pavel’s beyond bodybuilding probably a really stupid question however

3-5 sets of 3-5 reps. Is it best to decide on 3 sets of 5 for example and stick with this for the program or alternatively is it done by feel and weight and could vary more like 3 sets of 3, 3, 4 for example on one session and 3, 4, 5 on the next.

I went by feel and just did 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps every day. Which seemed in line with who the program was targeted towards.

Also you might get some better responses posting in the discussion forum instead of the training logs area.
