Old Forum 90|90 and QL - more sets or longer sets?

I am currently doing two sets of the 90|90 and QL following S&S, about 90 seconds to each side.

Should I add a third set like tge first two, or work towards longer holds for two sets?

Most days I have about 15 to 20 minutes for this.

 
 
Bill unless you have a specific goal in mind just do as many sets as it takes to feel "great".  The above is a great combination and it is interesting to note how the QL stretch will allow one to go further into the 90/90 and vice versa.

I'm working on the frog series a few times a week as well, quite a long way to go yet.
