Tried this today with my 32kg. I had to terminate at 13 minutes simply because my warmup was quite long due to this injury I’m nursing. I was able to talk no problem at that stage. Is there any problem making this a 3 day program? Or even daily? Sorry if this has been covered already. I’m also curious about the snatch approach.
