Hello StrongFirst,

About 8 years back I purchased a book called 'RKC Book of Strength and Conditioning'. It had numerous programs from various instructors.

There are so many talented StrongFirst instructors who all have their own programs inspired by Pavels methods. It would be really cool if StrongFirst released a book featuring the instructors with their own profile and program.

I really like Marty Gallagher's book Purposeful Primitive because it does essentially the same thing. Provide a bunch of differing examples and present the common traits of them all. Those are the elements that become nuggets of wisdom.
