This is Just a dumbbell routine I thought i would share. It's something you would do 3+ times per week, insipired by Dan Martin PM.
Warm up. Get ups with 8 lb shot.
5 Goblet Squats
5 Push Ups
5 Pull ups (BW rows, DB rows)
5/5 SLDL
Repeat for rounds, dropping a rep from each exercise each round, the last round being sets of 1.
Suitcase walks as finisher.
Yeah, the real DMPM is probably better, but if you have no KB you can still get a similar style of workout.
