I found S&S at age 64.  After forty something years of military service, martial arts practice, and heavy athletics, my body is beat to a pulp.  Most significantly, disc compression issues in my lower back have made many training mediums impossible for me now, especially explosive lifting movements.  Swings have made it possible me to train as explosively as I like without back pain.  Get ups have been a challenge due to previous shoulder injuries, but these too will be accomplished.  I still work up to an occasional heavy deadlift, weighted pullup, and dips, but S&S is now the bulk of my training.  Thanks Pavel and co.  Stay strong!
