Performing Power Movements as a means of Endurance Training is counterproductive.
Doesn't that depend on the goal/ objective? For example, this seems to be exactly what Simple & Sinister, Quick and Dead, and Alactic and Aerobic programs are all about. They all aim to promote power, power endurance, using aerobic recovery. I'm interested to hear your thoughts.

Also, LCCJ is not only done for very high reps. The "long" just refers to clean plus jerk. It's often programmed for low reps too, looking for maximum explosiveness.

I am not clear on this.

So, I am not sure if this answer address what you are asking.

Maximum Strength, Power and Speed are developed with training around 10 seconds, not longer than 30 seconds/

Some endurance is developed with High Intensity Interval Training and High Intensity Interval Resistance Training.

HIIT and HIIRT are a Paradox; increasing anaerobic and aerobic capacity.

Some aerobic training assist with recovery for anaerobic athletes.
