Hi everyone. So I picked up my first bell just about a year ago. It was an 8kg, next thing I bought a 12kg & then went abit nuts & went straight to the 44kg so I next got a 28 to use as a daily driver & then picked up a pair of 32s, a 16 & another 28. I just ordered a 40kg & a 24, hopefully will arrive in the next week or so! All this to say that I have been bitten real bad by the bell bug anyway, this will be a log to track my progress & also to hopefully get some feedback by all of you fantastically strong & awesome people ❤️

26.02.22: Hypertrophy & Strength Training
6 ROUNDS. NO REST BETWEEN EXERCISE. 90-120s BETWEEN ROUNDS.

So I took some of the feedback from you all & tried to refine my technique this week.
Here are some clips from today & also the previous few days!
Please help me if you are willing & have some time to spare

Looking strong brother! I’m going to nit pick though cuz we aim for hardstyle here.
Swings-more hip drive/snap. Can’t tell if you are but make sure your not pulling up with arm, powered by lower body only
Snatch- the hip drive is here, but your heel goes to triple extension, keep them rooted and weight evenly distributed.
Clean-is banging your forearm. Drive your elbow back and whip your hand around the bell, not the other way around.
Like i said, this is all out of love, your doing amazing and look like your stronger than me! I would highly recommend checking out hector gutierez (strongashec) or luka (hardstylekettlebellpro) on youtube, they have awesome tutorials. When i started dialing in my form everything else improved. More efficiency=more power! Side views might give us more insight on your form as well.

Hey brother! Thank you for taking the time & effort to help me & assess where I'm at! I've noticed that with some heavier snatching I go into triple extension! I'll try keep it in mind - I can be forgetful by the 4th/5th rounds in my training I know it's out of love brother & I appreciate it alot! I have a Sideview video that I posted of my 2H Swings, Goblet Squats & SA Bent Over Rows but I'll record another side view this weekend!
