Actually we did a moderate training session this morning, and I took video of each of the testable SFG I skills: swing, getup, double clean, double squat, snatch, and press. I did the same thing Wednesday last week before we left. If I can get to it this weekend, I will compile the two, upload, and post the link here. I'm curious if I (or anyone els) can see a difference between "before" and "after"!
As for what comes next, I am thinking, 24kg press, 10 bodyweight pullups, "Sinister" (32kg swings)...
