Old Forum Another Prying Goblet Squat Question

I've been doing the prying goblet squat for the first week. My hips, near hip flexors are sore as hell when doing the squat.  You think the soreness will go away or should I ease up on the prying?
 
You should stretch too. Jon Engum has a great combination of Goblet squats and hip flexors stretch.
