This is probably the single toughest workout I've ever done, I stopped the clock on the 3rd round and took 10 minutes, was thinking of quitting then and there, then managed to bring myself back to it. I think I hit some sort of "wall", I just felt incapable of continuing and rounds 4&5 were very very slow, but I managed to finish it!

Also stopped with the Presses because I felt my cleans were getting too sloppy and didn't want to risk injury with the swing volume.

No time PB but definite improvement, previous workouts I'd break up the sets of 35 into 20 and 15 with a few breaths inbetween, today I managed to do all of the sets of 35 unbroken, apart from the last set in the 4th round.

Getting quicker! How are you feeling after your 10th session?

Pretty happy I'm over halfway, there's been some really tough sessions. The post-workout high is very addictive. Doing strength work between swing sets is so difficult, and I really can't imagine doing the original 10k challenge with 10, 15, 25, 50 reps per set, my grip gets too shot. Think my forearms are visibly bigger after only 11 days.

This was not fun, the second workout (when you do 2 on 1 off) always seems way more grueling.
 
How did the cycling feel after 13 sessions of swings?

Feel like I haven't recovered and not fresh to face the 500 swings today. Cycling always gets my quads far before I gas out, so pretty much the same. Interested to see how all these swings translates to running when I start 10k training though, even if the training doesn't impact running much directly, I'm certain the mental toughness developed will. Only 7 more sessions now :).
